Fresh2day POP Studio creates printable price talkers from spreadsheets and typed offers. Google sign-in and Drive authorization are required to use the workspace. Spreadsheet processing takes place in your browser; saved works are sent to your own Drive.
When you choose Sign in with Google and grant permission, the app creates a Fresh2day POP Studio folder in your own Drive. It saves offer rows, column mappings, layout settings, typed text and any custom logo as JSON work files. PDF and PowerPoint downloads are generated separately. The app reads your Google name, email address and account ID to display your account and keep sessions separate. This identity information is held in page memory. The app requests permission to create and manage the specific Drive files used with this app; it does not request access to your Gmail messages or your entire Drive.
These works use your Google storage allowance. The app does not send work content to an app-owned database or use it for advertising or AI training. Google processes Drive requests under its own privacy policy. Website hosting providers may process ordinary web request information.
Works expire 30 days after their original creation. When you sign in or refresh History, the app moves expired app work files to your Google Drive Trash and removes them from active history. Cleanup does not run while the website is closed or disconnected. Drive Trash has its own Google retention rules. You can restore or permanently delete files from Drive yourself.
Google access tokens are kept only in this page's memory, not in browser local storage or saved works. Sessions expire and require signing in again. Sign out clears the app’s current connection and open workspace; it does not delete saved works or revoke the Google permission. To revoke permission, use your Google Account's third-party connections settings. You can delete saved works directly in Drive at any time.
Saving requires internet access, available Google storage and a valid authorized session. Check the saved status before closing your work. The app is provided as available; keep copies of important files.
